Please take note that the organising Federation is financially responsible for the accommodation (excluding extras) on bed & breakfast basis for Delegates from the 2^nd to 14^th July 2008, plus per diem as stated in the relevant contract (clause 13).

 Furthermore the organising Federation has to provide the transport from the nearest airport to the official hotels and back, and from official hotels to the competition venues and return, for Delegates and the listed Referees according to LEN Rule EC-WP 9.1. 

The Federations of the nominated Delegates and Referees are financially liable for the travel to Malaga and back for their Delegates and Referees. In addition FED are responsible for accommodation expenses, plus per diem (if applies), of their Referees according to LEN Rule EC-WP 7.1.

 LEN shall be financially responsible for air fare and accommodation (excluding extras) on bed & breakfast basis plus per diem for the neutral Referees from 2^nd to 14^th July 2008.
